All products are brand new and are covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to return or exchange merchandise.
All returns must be in brand new condition, resalable, and in it's factory carton.
All non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restock fee.
Shipping is non-refundable.
All returns require an (RA#).
All packages must be returned postage prepaid. We do not send call tags or pay for return freight.
The following items are not eligible for return:
1. Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items
2. Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
3. Items showing obvious signs of misuse or consumer abuse
4. Computer software
All returns pursuant to these conditions will receive an exchange for the same item purchased or a credit to the customers account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
All sales are conditioned upon availability. We try and keep our systems as up-to-date as possible, but we cannot control if someone purchases the last item just prior to you placing your order. If we are temporarily out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will promptly notify you. You will then have the option of having your money refuded or having your order fulfilled as promptly as possible.
